Chew Shih Shiuan is a professional trainer and consultant, with two decades of Total Quality Management (TQM), Operations Excellence (OE), and ISO management systems.  Chew possess a strong track record in quality management, and has extensive experience collaborating with QC professionals in Japan in facilitating product transfer and setting up quality assurance systems in Malaysian plants.

He works with organisations in various industries throughout South East Asia in the areas of Quality & Productivity Improvement, Operational Excellence and ISO Management Systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001).  His training and consulting clientele includes those in manufacturing, healthcare, construction, property development, trading & service, laboratory, and equipment maintenance industries.
 

Chew has a degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Technology Malaysia (UTM) and an MBA from University of Malaysia (UM), majoring in International Business.  He is trained as Lead Auditor of ISO Quality Management Systems; is a competent person under Malaysia Department of Environment (DOE) for Certified Environmental Professional in Scheduled Waste Management; is a Certified Professional Trainer from IPMA, United Kingdom, a Certified Trainer from Malaysia Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner.
