Paul founded Strategyc with the goal of developing business acumen in organisations through training, coaching and consulting.  Over the last three years, he has worked with organisations across Asia on strategic alignment, business acumen, and leading change. As a teaching fellow on the Strathclyde Business School MBA, Paul works with current and future business leaders on analytical support for decision making.  Prior to Strategyc, Paul worked in various industries for 20 years, with 18 of those years in leadership roles.

 

He was the CEO of Quest Learning, a regional training provider, Country Manager of Pemara (now Multi-Color Corporation), a global leader in premium labels, and head of operations at Daikin Electronic Devices Malaysia where he spearheaded business development, manufacturing operations, and supply chain.  He holds an MBA from the Strathclyde Business School (summa cum laud, valedictorian) and graduated in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Warwick.  Paul is a Certified Professional Trainer from International Professional Managers’ Association, UK and is Malaysia’s pioneering Colour Accounting Leader.
